Privacy Policy

Account information includes your email address, display name, authentication provider and profile photo when supplied by that provider. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in; ManimLabs does not receive your password.

Projects and cloud saves include scene data, assets and previews that you choose to store. Render records can include project names, job status and output metadata. The desktop Render Agent processes scene code and video on your device; optional cloud features send the data needed for that feature to our servers.

Plan and billing records include your plan, subscription state, Paddle customer and transaction references, and usage needed to apply limits. Paddle handles payment card collection. ManimLabs does not receive full payment card numbers.

Older manual payment requests may contain the last four card digits and an ID document number previously submitted by the account holder. The manual checkout is retired and no longer collects this information.

We record service events such as page visits, first-party browser identifiers, feature usage and security logs. AI prompts and related scene context are sent to the configured AI provider when you use AI features.

We use this information to authenticate you, save and reopen projects, render content, provide support, apply plan limits, process subscriptions, protect the service and understand product use.

We do not sell personal information or use project content for third-party advertising. Marketing email preferences can be changed in your account where available.

Firebase provides authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the web application. Paddle processes checkout, subscriptions and billing as the payment provider. Google Gemini processes prompts when you use AI tools. Each service receives data needed for its function and may process it in other countries.

Firebase sign-in state and some editor preferences are stored in your browser. A first-party visitor identifier helps count visits. Clearing site data or signing out can remove local state, but does not by itself delete cloud records.

We keep account and project information while needed to provide the service. Some billing, audit and security records may be retained longer where required for accounting, legal obligations or dispute handling.

You can manage projects and subscription settings in your account. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact inetcode00@gmail.com. We will review the request under applicable law and explain any records we must retain.

We use authenticated access and server-side authorization for account data. No internet service can promise absolute security; please protect your account and report suspected misuse promptly.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and communicated where required.
