Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account and for content created under it. Provide accurate account information and do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse AI or rendering resources, or upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

You retain rights to original content you create and upload. You give us permission to process and store it only as needed to provide the features you use, including cloud saving, sharing and rendering.

Generated output may use third-party software and assets subject to their own licenses. Check those terms before distributing content that includes third-party material.

Paid plans renew at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle processes purchases and may provide separate buyer terms. Any trial and its conversion date are shown at checkout; a trial is not guaranteed for every purchase.

You can schedule cancellation in Account > Billing. Paid access normally continues until the current billing period ends. Once cancellation takes effect, the subscription will not renew. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge; the account page shows the effective date.

Canceling a subscription does not reverse a charge already made. ManimLabs does not offer voluntary refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where mandatory law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy require otherwise. For a statutory withdrawal or payment dispute, contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.

We may change features, limits and prices. We will show material price changes before they apply to a renewal where required. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or reasons outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, fraud or threats to the service, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but mathematical results, generated code and videos should be reviewed before you rely on or publish them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
